Pastor Daniel’s sermon, “Has No One Condemned You?”, based on John 8:2–11, explored Jesus’ powerful question to the woman caught in adultery and revealed the life-changing balance of grace and truth. Pastor Daniel explained that the religious leaders were less interested in justice than in trapping Jesus, even twisting God’s law by bringing only the woman while ignoring the man’s guilt. Rather than engaging their accusations, Jesus responded with wisdom, exposing everyone’s need for mercy with the words, “Let anyone among you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone.” Left alone with the woman, Jesus asked, “Has no one condemned you?” before offering the astonishing gift of unearned grace: “Neither do I condemn you.” Yet His mercy was immediately paired with a call to transformation: “Go, and from now on do not sin again.” Pastor Daniel emphasized that these two truths—God’s unconditional grace and His call to holy living—are inseparable. While some believers struggle to accept God’s forgiveness and others resist His call to obedience, true discipleship embraces both. Jesus continues to ask each of us the question, “Has no one condemned you?” inviting us to receive His freeing grace and to live transformed lives in grateful response to it.
